SPECTACULAR Oceanfront Views and A/C!

Enjoy the sunrise, turtles and whales in season directly off your private lanai! Kauai's best snorkeling? A 5 minute walk to Lawai Beach. Kid-friendly beach? "Baby Beach" 5 minutes the other way. Surfing? 30 feet to the water for 5 popular breaks. Dining? Beach House restaurant next door & Kukui'Ula upscale shopping & dining a 10 minute walk away. Sights? Spouting Horn, Poipu beach, more turtles, monk seals and Puka Dog just a short drive! Come & see!

The space
Spectacular oceanfront views and A/C! You could easily spend all vacation on your lanai, relaxing with a good book, watching the turtles in Hoai Bay, or keeping an eye out for breaching whales in season.

With the entire East wall being full floor to ceiling windows, you'll enjoy the same view from the breakfast nook, kitchen and family room, sipping your morning coffee or evening beverage. And in the evening, being shaded from the evening sun on the East side (with A/C in both family room and bedroom) means you'll beat the heat! You'll have sunrise views; for fantastic sunset views hit the Beach House restaurant next door, or just wander outside the unit to the ground floor--no need to go far!

A chef's kitchen and proximity to farmers' markets invite you to cook for yourself, or being next door to the Beach House restaurant or a short walk to Kukui 'Ula's fine dining (including Merriman's and its famous Mai Tais, Roy Yamaguchi's Eating House 1849, Bubba's Burgers and Lappert's ice cream) means you have plenty of other options!

When you're ready to retire after a long day, the King sized bed will welcome you while you watch a little TV and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves.

When you do decide to tear yourself away from the view, boat tours of the Napali Coast start in Eleele, less than 20 minutes away, and you can be in Waimea Canyon in about 35 minutes. We also recommend heading North to see Hanalei, Tunnels and Haena State Park!

The bottom line is that the views are fantastic, you're central to everything and you will be so glad you came. Perfect for a couples' getaway!

There are washers and dryers on property, but not in the unit. Each floor has its own dedicated shared, coin operated washers and dryers, which cost $2.50 a load to wash and $2.50 to dry. We provide detergent!

Now with access for three of our guests to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club at 2290 Poipu Road (1.5 miles door to door, 4 minutes by car), open 7 to 7 daily with its pool, workout facilities, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and restaurant! See photos or search for Poipu Club online for pics of the pool and a map to the Club! Note pics of the pool and jacuzzi are the pool at the Club--Kuhio Shores does not have an onsite pool or jacuzzi.
