PARK THE CAR! Entire restored two-bedroom heritage home located a couple blocks from downtown on a quiet treed street. Serene and clean, this wee house is very bright and has a flowery back yard with a deck. Our amenities include :

• full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, china dishes, microwave, pots & pans
• SmartTV, Bose speaker, games & books
• luxurious linens, fluffy towels, beverages

The space
Built in 1929, this small bungalow was recently gutted and completely, keeping as much of the original details as possible. Located on a quiet but high-density street with big trees, the house has a semi-private, tree-filled backyard with a perennial garden, deck and a nice lawn. You'll enjoy the luxurious bathroom which has a large, walk-in shower and a limestone bathtub. The bedlinens are 800 thread count Egyptian cotton. In the kitchen you'll find a full complement of dishes, utensils, pots, pans and both espresso and drip coffee machines (and coffee too).

The neighbourhood is generally quiet, but it is in an urban area so you will hear vehicles and voices when in the backyard. The house is quiet inside though. Visitors will appreciate the convenient access to shopping, restaurants and the lakeshore.
