Located on the southwest side of San Angelo, our beautiful new duplexes offer the perfect blend of in-town convenience with a peaceful, out-of-town vibe.

As you step through the front door, you’ll be welcomed by vibrant, country-style decor—each unit thoughtfully designed with its own unique charm. Enjoy that unmistakable “new home” feel, complete with modern finishes, wood flooring, a smart HDTV, and a warm southwestern aesthetic that makes the open-concept living area feel both cozy and spacious.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for home-cooked meals and gatherings. You'll find a Keurig coffee maker, a deep farmhouse sink, and sleek stainless steel appliances ready for your culinary adventures.

Tucked conveniently nearby is a washer and dryer set, discreetly hidden behind closing doors. A stylish half-bath on the main floor makes life even easier—no need for a workout just to use the restroom!
