My home is in a lovely, safe neighborhood about 25 minutes from downtown San Diego.

The space
NO KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 12 AND no PETS.

This lovely room has a Queen bed, dresser, mirrored closet and cable TV. If there is another guest in the other room, you will have to share a full bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry room. If you don't have a car it is one bus to the trolley which takes you as far north as Old Town passing through the city center or as far south as the Mexican border. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood that was built in the early '70's. The weather is glorious all year round! I am within walking distance of a small shopping center with a variety of stores: a supermarket, Starbucks, Subway, Carl's Jr. and more.
NO KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 12 and NO PETS.
Also, I do not run the AC or heat after 9 p.m. The noise wakes me up. There is a new ceiling fan with a remote and multiple speeds in the room.

Please park on the street in front of my house. My next door neighbor would appreciate if you did not park in front of his house #1657! Thanks.
Due to allergies no pets allowed!
For short stay guests I have shampoo and conditioner, a blow dryer, and any other things you may need for your short stay. Just ask:)
