Nicki was very hospitable and the room was comfortable. Her house is in a small residential neighborhood about a mile from Charlottetown's shops and restaurants--an easy walk or a very easy drive.

Our stay at Nicki's was great. Close walking distance to downtown, very comfortable bed, and clean house. The breakfast was also great and included a variety of cereals, fruit, and bagels. Nicki was a wonderful host. Would highly recommend!

Really cute, sweet place. Nicki's description is very accurate. Everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our breakfasts! She's a lovely host! Suggestion for guests looking for a nice bike ride: drive to Shaw's hotel on Brackley beach. Rent a bike there for $25 for the whole da…

Staying with Nicki was my first experience with Airbnb, and she has set the bar very high for any places I may book with in the future. She is very kind, welcoming, and could not have been more pleasant to be around. If you want to stay in Prince Edward Island, I cannot recommend…

My phone was limited, and I didnt have GPS...I felt I was somewhat of an inconvenience upon arrival, having to text and ask directions. Had a map, but no derail as to her street from bridge. My ferry was cnx, and I was rerouted. In all fairness, Nicole had recently moved to the Is…

Response from Nicki:
Unfortunately Sandra had a lot of difficulty navigating the roads and ferries of PEI and consequently had a hard time finding my place. This is not surprising as she was travelling without a map and her phone was out of service so she couldn't access emails or GPS. In the lead up to her arrival, Sandra contacted me from other host's homes with cryptic, confusing messages prompting me to give her detailed instructions on how to get to my house from another province (Nova Scotia). As it states clearly on my profile, I am new to the area and therefore do not know the roads very well-thus I was unable to give her specific instructions. Although I contacted Sandra several times through Airbnb and via text message, she did not respond. I became worried as her messages indicated she was lost and upset. Never before have I hosted a guest/s who have encountered such a great deal of difficulty with their trip-I found Sandra's problems to be very alarming. My concern increased when she arrived at my house, as she appeared to be highly agitated. I asked her if she was alright and inquired as to whether she had received the usual directions and correspondences from Airbnb. Unfortunately, this question put her on the defensive. In future, I hope that Sandra will take the necessary measures to ensure that she has the travel tools needed to safely navigate to her destination. Once she got settled in, Sandra was a tidy, respectful guest. It's too bad things got off to a rocky start. Best of luck to you Sandra!
