WHAT TO BRING

PARKING PASS
— Each reservation is given ONE parking pass.
— For nightly reservations, an additional pass is available for $25 per reservation for a max of two parking passes total. For monthly reservations, an additional pass is available for $100.
— Per the HOA, boat trailer parking is not allowed.
NO SMOKING & NO VAPING
— No smoking anything inside the unit or anywhere at the complex.
— Violators will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued.
— Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
NO PETS
— Pets are not allowed in this particular unit. Please reference our ‘House Rules’ for information on service animals and emotional support animals.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
— The suite can comfortably accommodate 3 guests with a 4 guest max.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is at 4:00 pm. We’ll message you the key code for self check-in the day before your arrival.
EARLY CHECK-IN
We do allow early check-in at 2:00 pm for an additional $30. Before arriving, please let us know if this is something that you will need.
CHECKOUT
Checkout is promptly at 11:00 am. Please follow all procedures to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
LATE CHECKOUT
We do allow checkout at noon for an additional $50. You must let us know at least the night BEFORE checkout. Unauthorized late checkouts will be assessed a $100 late checkout fee.

— GETTING AROUND —
You can walk down the beach to the nearby public pedestrian pier and grab a bite to eat oceanfront on the pier at Molly's Beachside Bar & Grill. You can also walk across the street to Dairy Queen, Beach Burgers, On the Rocks Restaurant and Bar, The Wheelhouse Taproom, and Kitty Hawk Kites Gift Shop.
Food Lion grocery store is 1 mile down the road, and you can walk to the Dollar General and a convenience store.
Within a 5 min drive is the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach Town Park, Idle Hour Biergarten, Amos Mosquitos Restaurant, Oceanana Fishing Pier and Pier House Restaurant, and the Atlantic Beach Circle and all of the surf shops and restaurants.
