Our house is a beautifully renovated old Inn, wooded area near the Rondout creek, quiet and sublime, within the wonderful artisan village of High Falls, close to family-friendly activities, public transport, local airports, Mohonk mtns, Woodstock, New Paltz, Shambala Ctr, gorgeous country walks, an artist's haven to create, work from home; Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families. Rental minimum is one month, 3-month summer rent doubles, may need manual adjustment.

90 Minutes from NYC, newly renovated 1800s Inn: Recreate and refresh at this beautiful 3-bedroom home (2 of which are available as bedroom and one of a flex home office and guest room with a pull out single bed. Fully furnished (children's cribs available. Available for long term rental, please inquire. WiFi, business class, I used to work from home there. Cleaning fee is $100 or let stay. If you rent for one month or longer, an additional exit cleaning of $100 is required at the end of your stay for a deeper cleaning and to rearrange the house. The house has 3 bdrms, 2.5 baths, 1800 s/f that can sleep 5-6 people in the 3 upstairs bedrooms and downstairs you still have extra room for a guest on the pull out couch; High Falls is a beautiful, quaint hamlet located near artsy and charming towns of New Paltz, Rosendale, Stone Ridge and Woodstock, NY. We’re on a quiet street, opposite the Rondout Creek; 5 mins walk from the town center.

Creek access to the Rondout Creek is possible via a short walk down the street, and the scenes there are amazing, and a place where one can easily create a masterpiece, craft up new ideas, and let time gently go by while restoring new vitality to one's life! Yup, it's that beautiful!

I grew up near High Falls and have operated a residential summer camp near our home there, Camp Huntington, serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The camp has been run by my family since 1982 and was founded in 1961. It’s an amazing program to run each summer, forming a gentle and inspiring little village of 150-200 people at camp each week. I hope you enjoy your time at our house. The surrounding area is both quiet and also full of great nature hikes, coffee shops and restaurants, farm stands and artisan craft makers.
