I bought this house twenty years ago on a whim. From the terrace you can see Attica, Evia, Andros. I spend three months there every year. There is a grocery store and a bakery a hundred meters away and, in ten minutes, you are in the middle of village life, its restaurants, its cafes. Of all the coves on the island, I made it a habit to go alternately to one of my favorite beaches, all of which are a 15-20 minute drive from the house.
