Street parking (no permit required!) and laundry located on site. It is on the first floor (not ground) with a front entrance through the building.
It's about a 15 min walk to the 19th street bart or the 12/NL is a block away that will take you there in a matter of minutes. 15 minute train ride to downtown SF. Whole Foods is 5 minutes walking, and the Lake Merritt Farmers Market is a 10 minute walk on Saturdays.
Lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance too!
You'll have access to the entire apartment except for the closet in the living room. There is an open closet and dresser in the bedroom available for use.
Interaction with Guests
I will meet you at the apartment to give you keys and show you around a bit and then it is all yours for your stay!
Lake Merritt has an awesome community feel and is fun to explore or just hang out. It's close to downtown and very accessible. New restaurants open every month so don't hesitate to ask for recommendations for places to try out in the area!

The NL and the 12 are a block away on Grand Ave and will bring you to Bart within minutes.
If you prefer walking, the nearest station is a 15 minute walk (max!) and it takes only 15 minutes to get into the city from there.
Uber and Lyft are also all over the place in the area and you can get most places fairly cheap!
Note: Trains stop running at around 12:30. Getting back from the city, it is easiest to Uber or Lyft and the prices generally range from $25 (standard) to $40 (extreme, peak surge hours).
This house is strictly non-smoking. I'd prefer if you didn't wear shoes in the house as living room rug is white. Please leave the place as you found it!
