Our neighbor is building. It can get louder during the week. On weekends, as a rule, there is no construction operation.
In our small yurt with terrace, you will find a good place for a break and activities close to nature.
The small yurt is located in our beautiful garden close to nature, as well as the larger yurt. Those who want to enjoy the beautiful nature, are just as well taken care of here as couples or friends who want to spend time together again in peace.

CORONA - INFORMATION FOR OUR GUESTS & VISITORS
We are legally obliged to inform you about our hygiene plan and the following general rules.

1. We are required by law to collect the contact details (including phone number) of each individual guest.
We undertake to destroy this data after 4 weeks.
2. We will keep the minimum distance of 1.50m to you and we are still pleased that you are there.
3. We ask you to wash your hands thoroughly, the water temperature is irrelevant. Liquid soap and hand disinfectant are available in the kitchen and at the sink in front of the toilet block.
4. Since we cannot disinfect all areas here in order to avoid a very unlikely contact infection by items etc., there are at least 72 hours next to each individual booking and we disinfect and clean thoroughly as usual.
In addition, there are currently only two guests in the yurt/place.
5. Usually you will find common spices in the kitchen as well as vinegar and oil, which is no longer allowed, so please bring this yourself.

In addition to the yurt with terrace, our guests have the open, simply and lovingly equipped outdoor kitchen for shared use. The property has a second yurt, so the kitchen and toilet may be shared with other guests. In the kitchen you can prepare a snack or a coffee/tea. In addition, we have a pretty toilet with water rinse and a washing facility with running cold water. The bed is covered with a fitted sheet. Please bring your own sleeping bag/bedding! The yurt is heatable. Hot showers are available in the surrounding outdoor pools.

We live outside in wooded nature, there is neither street lighting nor traffic noise. And yet you are only a 10-minute walk from the "Hoftheater Tromm", you can visit a goldsmith's studio or browse the bookshop of the Odenwald Institute, hike the art trail and ride well-developed mountain bike trails. In Wald-Michelbach there are daily shopping facilities, a summer toboggan run, a climbing forest and a forest swimming pool.

Mit meiner Frau Andrea, lebe ich an einem wunderbaren Platz in der Natur. Um den Ort auch für andere Menschen öffnen zu können, habe ich zunächst mit viel Herzblut zwei Jurten in Handarbeit gefertigt. Beide Jurten stehen in unserem großen Garten, in der Nähe des Hauses. Hier findet man auch die offene Außenküche und das Klo mit Waschgelegenheit. Mittlerweile habe ich meinen Job als selbständiger Ingenieur aufgegeben und bin nun ganz offiziell Jurtenbauer. Als freie Künstlerin bietet Andrea an diesem naturnahen Ort Workshops und ihre Begleitung in Heilsamer Intuitiver Malerei nach Ulrike Hirsch an. Wir mögen es sehr, freundliche und friedliche Leute hier zu haben.
