The space
Considerations when deciding which riverfront property to rent:
1. Do you have exclusive use of the yard, with 750’ of river frontage & easy river access?
2. Is this privacy enhanced with a fully fenced yard & electric driveway gate? There are no houses within normal sight lines, and no houses across the river; only protected forest.
3. Are you provided paddleboards, oars, life jackets, and fishing gear? The Finn Rock put-in is an easy 1.5 miles up river, so you can take-out at the property on our gravel bank beach.
4. Are the owners committed to you having a great experience? We live across the street, so we are immediately available if any issues come up or if you have forgotten something.
