This beautifully appointed, spacious home is perfect for a family vacation, a girls trip or a weekend of golf. Minutes from local beaches, fabulous restaurants, and hiking and biking trails. Located just minutes from the famous Maverick's surf spot, downtown Half Moon Bay and only 30 minutes from SFO. Stroll along the Coastal Trail, brunch at the Ritz Carlton, hike along Devil Side Trail, find fascinating sea life at the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve or hang out with the family at the house.

The space
The house has 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. The first floor has the great room with kitchen, dining and the living room with an 80" smart tv.

There is a bedroom with king bed, bathroom with shower/bath, tub combo. The bath tub is jetted for a long soak. There is also laundry on the first floor.
Super convenient for anyone with mobility challenges or struggles with stairs.

The newly astro turfed backyard has outdoor dining, a propane fire pit, propane provided, with 6 chairs, a Weber BBQ, propane provided, and outdoor games including corn hole.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The second bedroom has two full beds and an en suite bathroom with large walk in shower.

Bonus! The house runs on solar power and has two Tesla back up batteries for power storage. We never run out of power, making your stay worry free!
