Enjoy this spacious, updated ranch-style, 6 bedroom home in quiet neighborhood, situated NE of downtown Colorado Springs. Private backyard with patio and gas grill. Located just one mile from award-winning Cottonwood Park and YMCA Recreation Center. Grocers, shopping, and restaurants a few minutes away. Just 20 minutes to Air Force Academy. The space
A master and two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and guest bath are all located on the main level. A flight of stairs leads to the lower level where there are two more private bedrooms, a semi-private bedroom, a bathroom, laundry facilities, and a large open area with additional sleeping accommodations. Private back yard has a large table, grill, and fire pit for guests to use. Smart TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom, and lower level, all with Xfinity cable access. Lower level TV area has a DVD player to watch movies. Sofa bed is a small twin size.

The home is centrally located so that going north, south, or west you are only 20-30 minutes away from so much that Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the Gods Park, Old Colorado City, Peterson Air Force Base, The Broadmore Hotel, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Fort Carson, Pikes Peak and Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

For the security of the home and our guests there is a motion activated camera located in the front doorbell outside.
