The private guesthouse (included!) adds flexibility for large groups. Relax in the hot tub, grill with Mt. Hood as your backdrop, or gather around the fire pit. Welcome to The Hood View Estate — a beautifully updated 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom property with panoramic Mt. Hood views, a private guesthouse, and nearly 3 acres of peaceful outdoor space.

This estate was designed for memorable group stays, from family reunions to traveling teams and multi-generational vacations. Inside, you'll find spacious living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests, and a bonus second living room downstairs for added flexibility.

Outside, enjoy the private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ grill, and sweeping views of the mountains and countryside. The included guesthouse (ADU) offers added privacy with its own king bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and lounge area.

Whether you're soaking under the stars, sharing meals on the deck, or just enjoying the quiet of the surrounding trees — this estate is the perfect Mt. Hood getaway.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire estate, including:

*The main 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom home

*The detached 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom guesthouse (ADU)

*Private hot tub

*Fire pit area

*BBQ grill and dining deck

*Full driveway with parking for 6+ vehicles

Entry is keyless with a unique code provided before check-in. All outdoor amenities are for your group’s private use.

Other things to note
The detached guesthouse included in your stay is fully furnished with a king bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen.
**Trash and recycling bins are located at the end of the driveway near the street.
If you'd prefer not to carry bags by hand, you're welcome to use the black Gorilla Cart located alongside the house to roll bags down to the end of the driveway. Please return it after use.

Please note that there is no smoking on or around the property including the outdoor deck. Also please note that there are no loud parties allowed as we have neighbors and want to be respectful of their peace and quiet.
