We will be more than happy to meet you at the airport and make sure you arrive at the apartment safe and sound. Please ask about this option when booking.
The tenants who live there are your average blue-collar Saigonese, and there is one expat family who lives on the same floor, though I believe they utilize the wonderful location of their apartment only on weekends. The historically important building, while very safe and without incident (according to all the residents and all my guests have stayed) has interior halls which is very clean and taken care of our neighbors.
The location of this apartment cant be beat. When you check in, drop your bags and walk the entire city center without ever taking a taxi or bus until you depart.

Tram's apartment was clean, in a great location and super nice. The hosts were very accommodating to my flight schedule, even letting me hang out until my evening flight so I wouldn't have to carry my bags around all day. Highly recommended.
The apartment provides everything ((website hidden) ware, washing machine, drinking water, etc...). Everything you see in the apartment can be used by the guest. Unfortunately for us we only consume the drinking water. The aircon works fine but we encountered a small problem in the water supply. One time the shower didn't work 'cause the pressure for the water is not enough to go up to the shower. And on our last day there is no water supply in one of the bathrooms and the kitchen sink.
The apartment is near the tourist attractions. Also, there are alot of restaurants/cafes within the vicinity of the apartment. Our host ( Victor Huang) is very helpful. He is just one text away.
Great place and great location. Clean quiet and everything as listed.
Would definitely stay again. Everything organised as planned response times fantastic and nothing a problem.
After staying my first two nights in Saigon in a hotel it was a relief to find this apartment. A cozy retreat in district one, a taxi ride away from anything and everything. The apartment's got all the amenities I could ask for: a comfortable bed, shower, washing machine (!) and a kitchen (if one would ever get bored of the myriad of fantastic street food and restaurants of this ciry). It's really priceless to have a place to retreat from the heat to with AC and a water dispenser. :) The host, Vu, is very accomodating and service-minded and really made me feel welcome and made my stay so much better. I'll definitely be back when I return to HCMC. :)
The apartment was in a great location that was close to all major sights and shops including markets. It was handy to many restaurants ( all types and street food to 5 star). It had all the features as listed. Lastly thanks to Vu who was a great host/property manager. Many Thanks Graham and Stephanie
Highly recommendable apartment with all the facilities a traveller might need. Well maintained, clean, tidy and Vic was very welcoming and helpful. No complaints at all. Good location too. Very useful manual to help get your bearings on arrival.
This is a great apartment. Tram's friend Vu met me and help me get settled. The apartment looks just like the photos. It has 1.5 baths and a washing machine, the bed is comfortable. There is more space than you would typically get for this price. The apartment is accessed via an alley off Hai Ba Trung Street. Once you know the way it's easy to find and private. The location is very good, you can easily walk to all the tourist destinations but are slightly outside of the main tourist area. Many places for food coffee, entertainment are near by and taxis are easy to get. The host are great and I liked the apartment enough to book again. Recommended.
