• Unapproved late check-out: $100 for every 30 minutes past 11AM
• Extra guests not included in the reservation: $200 per person, per night
• Unauthorized pets: $1,000 fee per pet
• Lost or damaged TV remote: $20 replacement fee
🚫 POOL CLEANER — VERY IMPORTANT
• Do NOT remove the pool vacuum from the pool.
• Removing it can damage the system and disrupt pool function.
• If the vacuum is removed, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.
• If damage occurs due to the vacuum being removed, guests are responsible for up to $2,500 in repairs.
