Welcome to Willow House, a newly renovated three-bedroom home just minutes from Castle Farms and downtown Charlevoix.

Private and secluded, yet close to everything, this spacious home features an awesome chef’s kitchen, a stunning spa-like primary bathroom, and an open layout perfect for gathering.

Enjoy the large backyard with a fire pit—ideal for relaxing evenings under the stars. The perfect home base for weddings, summer escapes, or a cozy Northern Michigan getaway.

The space
The inviting living room, spacious kitchen, and dining area flow seamlessly into a screened-in porch and expansive backyard, creating an easy indoor-outdoor setting for gathering and relaxing. Outside, you’ll find a cozy bonfire area that’s perfect for winding down in the evenings under the stars.

Inside, the home is equipped with high-end appliances and fast WiFi to keep everything running smoothly, whether you’re cooking for a group or staying connected during your stay.

With its open layout and generous outdoor space, Willow House is ideal for hosting memorable moments—think family reunions, welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, brunches, or any special occasion.

Traveling with a pup? The property is pet-friendly and includes a fully fenced yard with a designated dog area, so your four-legged guests can enjoy the space just as much as you do.

Guests will have access to the entire property, except for the garage and basement which are locked.

Host your next gathering at Willow House, where relaxed charm meets effortless entertaining. Intimate events and celebrations of up to 12 guests are warmly welcomed, making it the perfect setting for birthdays, small reunions, dinner parties, or special occasions. Planning something a bit bigger? We’re happy to consider larger gatherings on a case-by-case basis—just reach out to the host at the time of booking for approval.

Minimum age of renter is 21 years.

Dogs are welcome guests if registered and approved in advance with a $200 pet fee. There is no weight limit. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home and not barking or disturbing neighbors. The guest must clean up all pet messes inside and outside of the home. Damages or extra dirtiness will result in additional fees. Please place a tray under your pet’s water and food bowls to prevent moisture damage to the wood floors. Please ensure the dog is groomed with nails trimmed and filed prior to arrival to prevent scratches.
