Bring the family to this spacious, quiet, great place with lots of room for fun! Located just 12 minutes from Woodstock in Barnard Village. Enter through your private entrance via 2nd floor deck overlooking the property to the 2nd & 3rd floor. Your space consists of 5 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the beautiful gourmet chef's kitchen with breakfast nook and reading area, large 'family' room for board games, reading, watching the 'game' & relaxing, washer/dryer, dishwasher.

The space
The property is located above the famous Barnard Inn Restaurant on 10 acres on the edge of Barnard Village. There is a private pond, ample parking on site, Adirondack chairs with fire pit (seasonal-weather permitting) and peace and quiet all around.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire 2nd and 3rd floors. The 3rd floor consists of 2 separate bedrooms (1 with queen bed & 1 with queen bed & futon couch). There is a full bathroom with seating area with couch & TV. On the 2nd floor guests have access to 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full & 1 full with 1/2 bathroom), 1 full bathroom, laundry room, coat closets, large 'family' room with couches, board games & TV, breakfast nook, gourmet chef's kitchen, seating area and 2nd floor porch overlooking the property. Outside, guests may use the Adirondack chairs and fire pit (seasonal - weather permitting). On the back of the property there is a private pond to relax by.

I am an educator and entrepreneur. My husband and I have run the Barnard Inn for nearly 25 years and raised 5 kids. As we enter the next phase of life, we enjoy hosting guests in our amazing space. What a gem of a location to share and if the restaurant is open, it's a must. We love to travel to beaches and cozy places. We support local businesses and appreciate all guests.
