The perfect place to relax, unwind, and reconnect with family and friends. Seaside Serenity is a stunning 5-star home in the Homeport Community that sleeps 11 comfortably!

The community pool is right next to the home and the community pier on the sound is a 2-3 minute walk away. The beautiful white sandy Gulf is just two blocks away. Main level (garage on bottom level) offers three (3) bedrooms, a pull-out couch in the living room and two (2) baths. Seaside Serenity is the perfect beach vacation destination for your family and friends.

Washer/Dryer located near bedrooms. The balconies provide beautiful views of the island. Keyless lock takes the worry out of keys! Important Notes: Parking is limited to 8 vehicles. 4 can fit in the garage and 4 can park on the driveway. Pamper yourself in complete luxury! Upscale furnishings create your home-away-from-home! Complimentary Wi-Fi, Living room TV has local channels and streaming capabilities. The bedroom TV’s have streaming capabilities only.

We provide our guests a fully stocked kitchen that will allow you to prepare and enjoy your own meals while on vacation. Extra refrigerator in the garage.

We also provide our guests fully stocked bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, razors, make-up removal wipes and thick, high quality towels. We also provide our guests with laundry detergent. In addition, we offer beach towels, beach chairs and a beach cart for your convenience! The comfy, luxurious bedding makes it a dream come to true experience! You can also barbecue on the gas grill! Enjoy the beautiful balcony with ample places to relax. Upscale and comfortable, this home will exceed all your expectations!

*PLEASE NOTE: Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy. 11 guests maximum allowed-regardless of age.
*Disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of animal into the home.
*Smoking/vaping in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement
