The space
Single level 2,241 square foot home on a quiet street. Home is well-equipped and furnished for short stays as well as longer term stays. Pet friendly for up to two dogs for additional fee, some restrictions apply, please inquire with management.

4 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans:
#1: Primary suite with king bed, closet, smart tv, dresser, bathroom with double sinks, step-in shower, exterior for easy access to backyard. Great for easy bathroom breaks while out at the pool.

Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo with tiled walls.

Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for short or long-term stays. Dual Keurig coffee maker which makes large pot drip coffee as well as single serve cups of coffee. Kitchen has eating bar with two barstools.

Living room with large sectional sofa & large smart tv with Roku so you can login to all your apps and stream anything you'd like to watch. Slider off living room for backyard access.

Dining room has large table that comfortably seats 8 with plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware to accommodate all guests.

Laundry room with washer & dryer for guest use.

Games including poker chips. 2 car garage and 2 car driveway.

Backyard is private and large with large gas heated pool. Pool can be heated from October through April, additional fee of $75/day (minimum of 3 days) or $450/week. 4 chaise lounges with side tables. Sectional sofa under patio cover with smart tv. Outdoor dining table for 8. Propane grill. 4 hole putting green & bocce court. Corn hole boards and ladder ball.

Location: Only 8 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale & 10 minutes to PHX Sky Harbor. Located 15 minutes from ASU. 8 minutes to Salt River Fields.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of two locked closets and some locked cabinets in the laundry room.

Other things to note
Pool heat is additional $75/day for a minimum of 3 days or $450/week. Pool is serviced once a week, you will be made aware of the day the pool service arrives. Landscaper comes once a month, you will be made aware if landscaper is coming during your stay. Pest control comes once a month, we will let you know if your stay coincides with a pest control visit.

All essentials are provided; towels, pool towels, bedding, shower toiletries, paper products & laundry supplies for a minimum of 3-5 day stays, depending on use. High speed internet throughout.

There are no cameras inside the home or the backyard, only camera is at the front door.
