Relax at this peaceful waterfront vacation rental on the upper Chesapeake. 2 King beds, a Queen, a large Bunk bed, and a Day bed: 5 BRs, 2 Bath with spacious deck. 100 foot dock (has water and electric) with lots of room for water activities and fun in the sun. Tie off your boat or jet skis. 2 kayaks provided. Very clean and comfy. Linens and Kitchen amenities provided. All four 2nd floor bedrooms have smart TVs as does the living room.

The space
We call our property Sunrise Haven because every morning is a chance at another spectacular sunrise across the 2 miles of water in front of us.

Quiet and peaceful with the ever-changing water just yards away and below. Osprey, Blue Heron, Bald Eagles, Ducks, and more wildlife swoop or swim past our large deck throughout most days. You can get comfortable in our exterior living room furniture under the louvered pergola.

This is a wonderful place to relax and rest doing nothing, going fishing, visiting local Chesapeake favorites, or to share with family and friends during a week or weekend of tournaments. We have capacity and home comfort for families to combine the fun together with 5 Bedrooms with 2 full Bathrooms. Kids will love the large bunk bed!

The main deck has a 12x13 Domi pergola with insect screens, privacy curtains, and a louvered roof. You will find this perfect to shade the full sun or to enjoy the outside and view during morning sunrise coffee through evening rain sunset drinks, sitting in the exterior living couch set!

You will have multiple toys to enjoy: 2 new (2025) Sit-On Kayaks, large Weber grill, Hot Shot Wood burning stove, multiple adult and child life jackets, beach chairs, floaties! Enjoy 3 steps down from the lawn into shallow water and sand.

Float in the water safely for hours with friends and family, tied off to the dock and steps away from home and amenities.

Nearby Market Street Cafe has excellent food and nearby. There are great shops and local restaurants in both North East and Havre de Grace. We call North East "the Boardwalk" It has a small great downtown stretch.

Guests have full use of the interior house with the exception of 2 closets we expect to make available soon.

Front Shed: No Access.

Side (Toy) Shed: Full Access
Please treat these valuable items as privileged, as your own, orderly dry and clean for next Guests. Plan to replace or repair anything broken. We are reasonable and work with you. Things happen. Just let us know. Safety first. Always inspect and use at your own risk.

Sit-On Kayaks: Full use.
Paddles are in Side (Toy) Shed. After each use please clean as needed and drain. These do expect to take on some water with drains on the side. Please mount with drains down, and always protect the drain flaps.

Dock Rules:
No unescorted children under 10 years old permitted on dock.
No running or diving.
Caution - Wooden, deck boards even in great condition have splinters.

Boats:
Please communicate intentions to use boats at the dock. We are trying to better understand guest needs and need to be informed if you intend to use boats at the dock. Size matters. Draft can be shallow at low tides.

Boat Lift:
No permission unless expressly given in writing by Host. Size matters. We will need boat details.
