The apartment offers a stylish & welcoming living space with all the essentials needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay.
Thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the space features spacious living areas, modern amenities, and tasteful decor that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. The apartment provides plenty of space & is ideal for couples, families, friends, small groups or business travelers.

As you enter the apartment complex, you will walk up one flight of stairs to our beautiful spacious apartment located on the first floor.

The open living area is equipped with a comfy sofa, two accent chairs and a smart TV which is perfect for cozy movie nights or just catching up on your favorite shows.

Start your mornings off right at the fully stocked coffee bar. It is complete with a variety of brews, tea, sugar and cream all the essentials to fuel your day. Whether you're unwinding in the comfortable living space or enjoying a quiet moment in the thoughtfully designed bedrooms, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

Our fully stocked kitchen is designed to make you feel right at home! Equipped with everything you need for cooking, dining, or a quick snack, it features: a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also contains an air fryer, mixer, blender, dinnerware, flatware, cooking and baking essentials along with a spice rack and olive oil.

Each bedroom features a chest chest of drawers, smart tv and a cozy queen-sized bed with soft premium linens to ensure for a restful night’s sleep.

There is a sleek and clean full bath stocked with essentials like fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer.

There is a tiny balcony located off of the open living area which can be used as a cozy reading nook for your morning coffee or evening unwinding.

Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local cafes, restaurants, and attractions, this apartment is perfect for experiencing the best of the city!

Animals/Pets:

I take a lot of pride in my rental, so I am agreeing to be a pet friendly home, however please help me keep it that way. You know your pet best (chewers, aggressors, not potty trained, have separation anxiety)

Please bring crate if you plan on leaving your pet(s) unattended for an extended amount of time. You are more than welcome to bring a pet camera as well. There are also dog kennels available in the area.

There are a few requirements I do ask of you:
-You will be responsible to pick up the poop after your pet.
-No pets allowed on beds or furniture.
-Please use a dog blanket
-You are more than welcome to bring a pet gate.

An additional $50 fee for 2 pets will be charged per visit to cover the extra cleaning from pet hair. Thank you for understanding this extra fee. Again, If you do book with me, you will see an additional $50 added on to your total. I
