  • The listing was exactly as expected: clean home in a quiet neighborhood. If we need to stay in this area again, I would absolutely come back to this home. They made it really easy for us.

  • Had such a lovely stay! Brent and Barbara were extremely responsive and flexible with accommodating my changing check in time and following up to make sure I had directions. Barbara greeted me at the door and was so welcoming. The room was perfect. Bright and sunny with great natural light and a comfy bed. My favorite part of the stay was chatting with Barbara in the morning over coffee and her delicious, homemade baked apple/chocolate chip bread. When I'm in the area I'll definitely stay at Windsor Castle again :-)

  • We had a great experience with Barbara! The room was perfect for two people and was located very close to downtown Windsor. Barbara was very kind and friendly. She met us when we arrived to check in and showed us around the house. We stayed overnight so we could be close to our half marathon that we were running early the next morning and Barbara was up early offering us coffee and breakfast before we headed out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

  • Our host Barbara was fabulous, and made us felt immediately as a part of her family by welcoming with warmth. She gave us great advises and sightseeing recommendations, and they were accurate and perfect. She treated us very well with passions for being (email hidden). It was a great experience.

  • Barbara was a very kind and friendly host, we enjoyed our stay! We came in late but enjoyed talking with Barbara the next morning over a nice cup of coffee and great pumpkin cranberry bread. Easy access to SF as well, very convenient location.

  • passing through windsor California into San Fran was made easy for two tired travelers with the help of Barbra and Brent. Barbra and Brent were both very nice conversationalists and helpful in their recommendations for our future travels. They provided a very clean, peaceful and comfortable room. They additionally made sure we started our morning right with a delightful breakfast of homemade pumpkin cranberry bread, apple butter as well as coffee. All was delicious! I would recommend Barbara and Brent's wonderful accommodations for your stay should you be in the area.

  • Barbara and Brent were AMAZING hosts! Their place is in a great location; less than a mile from Downtown Windsor and there is a nice park nearby for running and evening walks. The place itself is very clean and well maintained. We stayed there for a month and couldn't have chosen better people.

They both shared wisdom from their life experiences. My wife loves dogs, though initially I wasn't sure what it would be like living with their pets, we both loved their dogs Peanut and Ozzy. We just fell in love with everything about the place, pets and kind people. One thing I know for sure is that we will keep in touch with these two beautiful people and will stay anytime if needed in the future and recommend it to all of our friends.

    Thank you Barbara and Brent.

  • Barbara and Brent are great hosts with a beautiful home in a really nice area. I was lucky enough to arrive to a huge music festival happening nearby so I didn't spend too much time at the house in the evening but the next morning Barbara fed me breakfast and coffee and we had a great chat and she gave me some good travel tips for my journey. I would definitely stay here again if i was passing through!

We are long time Sonoma county residents, business partners and licensed Realtors. We are friendly professionals, with a great knowledge of the area and where to go, what to see, and how to get there. We know the local Real Estate market very well, and are a wealth of information. Barbara is an artist and has her artwork displayed throughout the home. Brent has 25 years background in the Hospitality industry, working for major hotels around the country. We love to share stories, and learn more about our guests. Brent has sailed extensively through Central America, and crewed on a trans-oceanic passage from San Francisco to Hawaii and back on a 37' sloop. We both enjoy cooking and entertaining.
