Located on an active 150-acre farm nestled within 800 acres of contiguous acres in habitat restoration. Restful, peaceful... a magnet for birds and wildlife.

The space
Master bedroom with queen bed, private bath and large walk-in closet. At the opposite side of the home there are three bedrooms. One bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bathroom; one adjustable queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds.

Guest access
2 guests use the Master bedroom and bathroom with large walk-in closet. Other bedrooms are unavailable unless they have been reserved for additional guests. Additional guests over two are charged an additional $20 per guest per night.

Other things to note
Home is for one group or family per stay; no other guests in the house. Off the road with gravel driveway. Gated entry and very secluded and private.

Bathrooms are cleaned and plants are watered at no cost each week. Guest may purchase additional cleaning services directly with the housecleaner.

House has one large kennel with one dog house in the fenced backyard. Dog kennel is connected by gate to the fenced backyard. Fence is approximately 4' tall. Do not leave dogs unattended in the backyard until you are certain that they cannot jump over or squeeze through the fence. Dogs can stay in the 2-car garage.

For 40 years, I love my farm! I also spend several days per week in Portland. My 3 sons live close to the farm, along with my farm friends - three dogs, sheep, horse and chickens. Previously, I operated an aquaculture facility here, raising warm-water fish for pond stocking. The farm produces renewable energy from a wind turbine and four solar systems. Prior jobs include land-use planning, early intervention services and manager for an artist.
