Swim into fall: the private fenced pool just outside the French doors is heated on request from November, lit for evening dips. Everything you'd pack for a pool week is already here: floats, pool toys, beach chairs, towels and coolers, all included. Arcade game room the kids run to first, coffee bar with cookies on arrival, stocked waffle bar, plus a toy closet for the kids. King suite, two queen bedrooms, keyless entry. UPDATED Game room in the garage includes arcade-style Pac Man and gaming setup.
Fenced backyard area has a pool, patio furniture and a grill with a small grassy area as well.
Kitchen with newer appliances.
Washer and dryer are located in the attached garage.
Neighboring houses are located close to either side of the house as well as the other side of the wooden fence in the backyard.
Other things to note
We don't recommend booking with young children because of the pool. If guest brings children, guest agrees to and is required to be responsible for and supervise children at all times. We do not provide any lifeguard.
Pool maintenance comes to clean 1-2 times a week, usually on Fridays. If inclement weather, will need to come a different day. Guests will need to allow him access to the pool area if stay includes one of those days.
Routine lawn care is scheduled as best we can around guest stays. You will be notified when the lawn maintenance comes by. They will access the back yard from the side gate. Guests will need to allow him access if your stays include one of those days.

The entire home is yours: three bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, living room, sunroom, game room and laundry.
-Keyless entry at the front door, with no key handoff and no waiting on us.
-French doors open out to the covered sundeck and pool area.
-Washer and dryer are in the attached garage, alongside the game room.
-The backyard and pool are fully fenced and lockable, and the only way in is through the house. There is no gate access from the street.
Other things to note
A well-maintained in-ground pool is the centerpiece of this home. It's private, fully fenced, and lit at night. Guests routinely tell us they planned beach days and ended up spending most of the trip in the backyard instead. Everything you'd normally pack for a pool week is already waiting: floats, pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers, all provided. Access the pool straight through the French doors, grill on the covered sundeck, and take your shade in the sunroom off the kitchen when the afternoon sun gets serious.
A few honest notes so there are no surprises:
Children are welcome here. Please note the pool is open within the fenced backyard and there is no lifeguard on site. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Pool heating is available from November 1 onward, weather permitting. Please request it 24 to 48 hours in advance. The fee is $25 per night for the length of your stay, billed as one total. Heating costs in Florida are steep, so we'll be straight with you: it warms to a comfortable temperature right around 80 degrees, lovely for swimming, but not a hot tub.
Pool maintenance visits 1 to 2 times per week, usually on Fridays. Inclement weather may shift the day. If your stay includes a service day, please allow access to the pool area.
Lawn care is scheduled around guest stays wherever possible. You'll be notified in advance. The crew enters through the side gate and will need access.
We provide a full kitchen and a full-size refrigerator. You're welcome to bring your own drinks, stock up on your favorite snacks, or eat out at one of the many good restaurants nearby.
