The space
Whole house recently updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath private-entry residential home. 1450 sq ft.
Includes full kitchen, full coffee station, washer and dryer,
High speed wifi 230 mops
72" TV streaming with Netflix.
Backyard includes in-ground pool, patio furniture and grill.
Locked fence arund the backyard and pool area. Access the pool directly from the livingroom french doors
Comfortably sleeps 6.
Short 10 - 25 minute drive to the beaches, restaurants, hospitals.
Walmart less than 5 minutes away.

King bedroom with handsome 4 poster bed, 42" TV and its own private ensuite bathroom.
Queen bedrooms each have their own 32" TV and share a bathroom.

UPDATED Game room in the garage includes arcade-style Pac Man and gaming setup.
Fenced backyard area has a pool, patio furniture and a grill with a small grassy area as well.
Kitchen with newer appliances.
Washer and dryer are located in the attached garage.
Neighboring houses are located close to either side of the house as well as the other side of the wooden fence in the backyard.

Other things to note
We don't recommend booking with young children because of the pool. If guest brings children, guest agrees to and is required to be responsible for and supervise children at all times. We do not provide any lifeguard.

Pool maintenance comes to clean once a week, usually on Fridays. If inclement weather, will need to come a different day. Guests will need to allow him access to the pool area if stay includes one of those days.

Guest access
Keyless Entry at the front door. The only access to the backyard and pool is through the house. French doors in the living room open up to the outdoor sunroom and pool area.

Other things to note
Amazing and well maintained outdoor in-ground pool. NOTE: The pool is heated only up until November 1st. Per request and pending warm weather we are able to heat it up. Keep in mind due to the high cost in Florida, we do require a 72 hour notice and a pool heating fee. With that being said, it does not heat up like a hot tub LOL. It will heat to nice and warm (close to 80 degrees) , but not hot. Let us know if you would like it heated at least 3 days before your arrival and we will take care of it for you at that point.
