Other things to note
SPECIAL NOTE FOR VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS:

This place has wonderful views. However, to reach those views, you have to navigate some dirt mountain roads with decent grade. Though the driveway to this house is easy and flat, the county maintained public roads are a bit challenging, especially if they are snow covered or wet from a lot of rain.

We require that all guests have either a high-clearance AWD vehicle (think Subaru outback or better) or 4WD vehicle for a reservation any time of the year, but it's even more important in the winter months.

NO AIR CONDITIONING:

In the mountains, there is no need for central air conditioning, and very few houses up here have it. We take advantage of ambient cooling by opening windows & doors and enjoying mountain breezes. Just be sure to close windows and doors before leaving or if it begins to rain.
