There are two bedrooms. A master with walk-in closet, and separate separate bedroom with full bed, work space, and unparalleled view of the historic Hanson Place clocktower. The smaller room I use as an office ongoing.
Wi-Fi, big flat-screen TV, AppleTV, track lighting, hardwood floors, and more books than you can read in a lifetime.
Down one flight of stairs, there is a spacious courtyard for sitting, BBQing, and dining, a 24-hour deli on the corner, lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. Street parking is generally easy, and there is a parking garage two doors down.
Across the street is the Atlantic Terminal which is connected to the New York City Subway's Atlantic Avenue – Barclays Center complex, which is served by the 2 3 4 5 B D N Q R trains. Buses serving outside the complex include B41, B45, B63, B65, and B67. There is an urban mall inside the terminal.
Train to Manhattan in 15 minutes. Walk to Prospect Park in 15 minutes, nearby to Brooklyn Museum of Art and Brooklyn Library. At the intersection of Brooklyn's best and historic neighborhoods -- Fort Greene, Boerum Hill, Park Slope, and Prospect Heights -- lovely brownstone strolls in the evening.
