This newly-remodeled "penthouse" suite includes a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom, full kitchen and workspace. Built into the attic of a remodeled bungalow on Atlanta's south side, the urban rustic design creates an edgy vibe for travelers looking to enjoy a relaxing retreat. This Intown Atlanta residence has southern charm, blended with access to everything that makes the ATL an international mecca of culture including the airport, entertainment venues, and universities.

The space
The suite invites guests to indulge in the 4-head oil-rubbed bronze-adorned shower, while the kitchen and bathroom are fitted with brilliant bronze and brass fixtures on granite countertops.

This space is convenient to shops, events and nightlife, and yet is walkable to parks, breweries on the Westside Atlanta Beltline, and the neighboring college campuses (Atlanta Metropolitan State College and Atlanta Technical College). Hosted by an ATL native, guests enjoy insight from an in-person concierge, as desired.

Enjoy lounging on the outdoor deck. Visit a live show nearby at Lakewood Amphitheater. Take a quick Uber/Lyft ride for a night out on the town! It is the ATL after all. There’s a plenty to do!

Guest access
Guests walk to a gated stairway to a private entrance to the suite (bed, bath, kitchen), built into the attic of the bungalow. The home is situated in the lovely Capitol View Manor neighborhood. You are welcome to use the deck and backyard, upon request. Please be considerate and courteous as there may be other guests in those spaces.

The location is convenient to Emma Millican Park and the south side of the Atlanta Beltline.

Other things to note
There is convenient street parking available. There is also one long,shared driveway that you may use by request only for loading/unloading to ensure no one is blocked in.

Neighborhood highlights

Atlanta is known for its rich history, it's vibrant life, and the promise of its future! These elements are all captured in the space known as Capitol View Manor. The neighborhood is anchored by a new library to the North, adjacent to two historic parks and a college campus, and is adjacent to a developing new space, called the "Southside" Beltline. It is one of many "intown neighborhoods" that Atlantans love to celebrate for their architectural diversity and cultural diversity. This walkable neighborhood consists of long-time residents and new arrivals. There are natives to Atlanta as well as transplants. They are likely to be jogging, biking or walking dogs on mornings or evenings. Don't be surprised to get a whiff of barbecue floating in the air from one of the neighborhoods grillmasters!

This post may not keep up with the restaurants that seem to open each week, but you can bet that the Jamaican eatery 'JamRock' will continue to be a stronghold at the edge of the neighborhood. You're 10 minutes away from anywhere, including the world's busiest airport, the largest HBCU collective, and some of the coolest spots you have never seen. This space is convenient to shops, events and nightlife, and yet is walkable to parks, breweries on the Westside Atlanta Beltline, and the neighboring college campus. Hosted by an ATL native, guests enjoy insight from an in-person concierge, as desired. It's an absolute pleasure to steer you to some personal favorites like, Tom, Dick, and Hank, Gallery 992, Krispy Kreme, ASW Distillery and Urban Grind.
