Nestled amidst the tranquil beauty of nature, this high-end log home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern sophistication. Situated between two entrances into Yosemite National Park, the Arch Rock Entrance is a 44-mile drive, while the South Entrance is a 34-mile drive—both take about an hour to drive. Special features of this house include a newly renovated kitchen with top of the line appliances, EV charger, hot tub and amazing sunset views from the back porch.

The heart of the home is the newly renovated kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space, making it a dream for both amateur chefs and culinary enthusiasts alike.

This spacious abode boasts four bedrooms, three of which feature en suite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience. Two bedrooms are located on the lower level, while the remaining two are situated on the second level. Each bed is outfitted with luxurious memory foam mattresses and freshly cleaned sheets, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. For extra sleeping arrangements, a full-sized futon is located on the second level.

Step outside onto the back porch and witness the breathtaking beauty of dramatic sunsets painting the sky with hues of orange and pink. Relax and unwind in the soothing waters of the hot tub, where you can soak your cares away while taking in the majestic mountain views.

For entertainment, there are two Smart TVs - in the living room and the master bedroom - be prepared to sign in with your account information to stream your favorite programs and movies. For the little ones, a playground awaits in the backyard for endless fun.

During chilly evenings, cozy up around the wood-burning stove in the living room. In the master bedroom, a propane fireplace adds an extra touch of warmth and luxury, providing the perfect retreat after a day of outdoor adventures. The outdoor firepit is perfect to sit around where the crackling flames create a cozy ambiance perfect for sharing stories and creating cherished memories.

Guests are welcome to use the laundry machines for added convenience.

Hello! We are a married couple who moved from the hustle and bustle of San Francisco for a quieter, more balanced lifestyle that Mariposa was able to offer. We have two fantastic children together and an energetic dog. We enjoy traveling and immersing ourselves in different cultures to gain a wider awareness of our world. In hosting, we appreciate being able to meet so many interesting people and want to provide a truly exceptional Yosemite experience. In addition to hosting and managing vacation rentals, Tchukon is a local real estate agent, so if you’re interested in making Mariposa your home, ask him about properties for sale; Carolyn is a Nurse Practitioner, currently taking a break from practicing to raise our young kids.
