Guests have access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms, with the exception of the owner's closets. Enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay with full privacy in every other area of the home!

If your preferred dates aren’t available, feel free to reach out. We may be able to accommodate longer stays depending on your needs.
Please note that new homes are currently being constructed within the neighborhood.
🚗 Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway only. The garage is not available for parking, as the space is dedicated to wellness and entertainment amenities including the sauna, cold plunge, Peloton, free weights, NormaTec boots, and arcade machine.
Bugs
We have monthly professional pest control to help keep the home comfortable. Because the property is up on the ridge and close to the Provo River, you may see occasional bugs in the area. To help prevent them from coming inside, please keep the upstairs doors and the garage door closed when not in use.
For bookings of 30 nights or more, one mid-stay clean is required for every 30 nights booked. These cleanings help ensure the home remains comfortable and well-maintained for the duration of your visit. The mid-stay cleaning fee for this property is $300.
