This apartment is in such a great location. Close to the train station, nice quiet neighborhood, and a lot of stuff to do in the area. Pius picked us up from the airport and his wife always made sure we had clean towels and sheets and they both were available for any questions we had. Great stay!

Pius and his wife were wonderful hosts! Pius met us at the airport with his dog Momo and gave us a ride back to the apartment. When we arrived he even invited us up for coffee! During our stay, my wife blew a fuse in the bathroom. Pius was quick to fix it, then offered us some homemade soup!! The apartment was very nice. It has its own private entrance and is a short walk from the train station. If you enjoy walking, you can absolutely walk from the apartment to downtown or even to the main station. It's a bit of a walk but doable on a nice day! We did it in the cold when it was snowing with no problem! I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Zurich! Thank you Pius!!

Amazing apartment and great people to rent from...there is a lot of cool art in the hallways and the yard as well. The view is amazing - you get a panoramic view of much of the north end of the Zürisee - and there is a brewery around the corner that sells to the public on Saturday mornings (otherwise restaurants) in the area carry if. Overall cannot say enough good and I look forward to staying with Pius and his wife again :)

Pius is a very nice guy and quite pleasant to deal with, though he didn't respond to a few emails. His place is clean and adequately equipped. I didn't love the location, as it was a bit remote from the center of town for me. It's a basement apartment, adequate for a short stay and clean, but also a bit dark and dingy.

I have rented Pius apartment for the staying of my family. Everything was perfect! The place is fully equipped, cozy, and very quiet. It has a magnificent view and is located very close to one of Zürich’s Train station. Pius and Annette are magnificent hosts. It cannot get any better than that. They are very welcoming, open and multilingual people. It was a great pleasure for all of us to get to know them and to have interacted with them. For sure I am renting his place again! Gracias Pius y Annette!

Pius picked us up from the railway station when we arrived and dropped us off again when we left. He offered to drive us to the airport but we wanted one last ride on a Swiss train. We spent three months in the lovely light, quiet, well equipped apartment that opens onto a pretty garden. It is in really nice part of Zurich overlooking the lake. It didn't take long to walk to catch a train, tram, bus or ferry. The internet is good and so is the wide variety of channels to watch on the TV including British TV. Pius and Annette were very helpful and gave us good advice as to where to go in Switzerland and we are so glad they told us about Rigi mountain and cog railway which we went to twice and was our favourite place. We had an excellent time there which went really fast.
