Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view!

Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee.
Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

Balconies & Outside of the building completely renovated Summer 2022.
You will have access to a complete private studio apartment with full unique sea view!

Beach clubs Witsand & Tulum are right in front of the apartment.
You will find several other nice beach clubs walking down the boulevard, in the direction of the city centre, only 750 meters.
Supermarket Vomar, walking distance as well.

PRICING transparency:
Airbnb changed their fee policy, 18,5% to be paid by the host now.
15,5 % used to be paid by the booker/guest and was automatically added in the booking proces.

Due to this change, as hosts we're forced to mark up our rates with 18,5 % in order not to lose money.
Since this would result in an unrealistic price per night and airbnb does not explain it, we choose to add 12% management fee per booking and split the fee between host and guest.
12% because airbnb also charges a fee over the fee....

In the end, the total price for the guests is the same (or less) as before. However due to this change the price is set up is different.
As hosts we still lose money per booking, but we find we rate transparency very important and we trust and hope you understand our new set up.

PARKING:
Please NOTE: parking is not available on property.
Large public parking behind the building available.
Paid 7 days a week 9.00-21.00 € 15,00 per day.
Tickets can be bought at the machine, clear instructions will be send.

TOURIST TAX:
Tourist tax Euro: 2,58 per person per night. To be paid separate upon check out preferably via IBAN bank.
Unfortunately, we cannot add the tax via airbnb platform.

Please respect the your neighbours and treat the apartment as your own.
No noise, loud music nor party is allowed.

Use of linnen (towels, bedsheets) is included in the cleaning costs.
