The space
This beautiful single-story property sleeps 6, (and can sleep up to 8 people with the included couch and a cot). It offers you all the amenities of home with a full kitchen including dishwasher, three full bedrooms-- two of which are "suites" with their own attached bathrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, outdoor patio and seating, sunroom, a comfy living room and a game room. TVs are in every bedroom, game room, and living room. Fully fenced backyard is perfect for up to 3 dogs. Nice quiet street convenient to Bruce's Field, the historic horse district, and downtown Aiken.

Guest access
Guests will have access of full home and front yard and fenced back yard. There is ample parking in the front of the home. Entry is through the front door via electronic key-coded lock. The back courtyard is accessible through the rear sunroom door.

Other things to note
Nonsmoking property. Please park in the designated parking spots in front of the house, and do not block the driveway on the right, which leads to a separate apartment in back of the property.

Home is in a residential neighborhood, so please be mindful of your noise as a courtesy to your neighbors. Please make sure the number of guests and pets staying match the number on your reservation. Guests staying with dogs are responsible for cleaning up after them in the house and yard, and are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning charges for stains, hair or odors.
