Modern kitchen, game room, spacious master suite, & large screen TV. A 10-min bike ride to downtown Aiken & 2 min drive to Bruce's Field. Up to 3 dogs, sorry no cats. Fenced backyard.

The space
This beautiful single-story property comfortably sleeps 8 and offers you all the amenities of home with a full kitchen including dishwasher, three full bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, outdoor patio and seating, sunroom, a comfy living room with big screen TV and a game room. Fully fenced backyard is perfect for up to 3 dogs. Nice quiet street convenient to Bruce's Field, the historic horse district, and downtown Aiken.
