Excellent location in Canyon Mesa Country Club with breathtaking hikes such as Bell Rock and Cathedral nearby. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and mountain views from your front patio. Additional shaded private patio in back of unit with access from both bedrooms. On golf course with pro shop. Amenities- pool, hot tub, tennis, pickle-ball. Close to restaurants, shops, bike/ATV rental

The space
Nicely renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath with a sofa sleeper and a futon couch. Washer/Dryer in condo. 2 outdoor patios. Fully equipped kitchen for easy cooking. Many community amenities including a resort golf course with golf carts for a fee. So much to do and so little time. Guestbook to list all the activities and recommendations for guests. Electronic and lock box entrance.

Other things to note
Hot Tub and Pickle-ball courts are open year round. The pool is closed from November 15th to April 15th. Clubhouse is only open for reserved private parties for homeowners.
