This isn't your typical rental, if you're searching for perfect corners and matchy-matchy décor, this vibrant haven might not be for you.

You'll have the entire Jazz Hill House to yourselves with private front door keyless entry—both bedrooms (each with an antique desk and makeup mirror area), bathroom, full kitchen, living areas, your own private covered back porch, and your own covered outdoor grilling and seating area.
SHARED GARDEN SPACE: Please note that Tommy's Zen Garden and the East Hill Jazz House are two separate listings on the same property, each with its own private entrance and secure key code.
The Zen Garden occupies the middle of the property and includes a shared garden and hot tub available to guests of both listings. The East Hill Jazz House has its own private front porch, back porch, outdoor seating, and grill area.
Guests are asked to be respectful and considerate of one another. We have had guests from all over several countries enjoy this space.
Please make sure a shared garden environment is the right fit for you before booking!
Please ask if you want to rent the entire property with both houses
NOT CLOTHING OPTIONAL:
We know there are those of you who love nature and are a free spirit! We hate to even have to ask, but.... we do require all guests to remain clothed while out in the garden or enjoying the hot tub! We provide beach towels and 2 robes for you to borrow while you are here.
