Cezary was incredibly flexible and gracious after our original accommodations fell through at the last minute - which, honestly, we're kind of glad they did because his apartment was wonderful. You can't beat the location. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to all the shops and restaurants along Franklin and we were able to walk to Williamsburg in less than 20. Close enough to get to the best parts of Brooklyn easily and far enough away to enjoy some quiet when you're ready to get some sleep. The apartment itself is modern and clean. He's done a great job optimizing the small space and it truly has everything you need for a short visit. We hope to stay with Cezary again when we're back in New York!
Cezary's a very friendly host! He waited for us at the apartment spite of our flight being delayed.
The apartment was clean, cosy and perfect for a couple. The bathroom's clean and the shower's awesome :) only con was the internet connection because it kept dropping. Would definitely recommend staying here!
It's my first airbnb experience and i must say, it was a really good one.
Cezary's place was comfy. It was very accessible (Greenpoint Station is at a few blocks away). and clean.
We saw Cezary only once, it was the day he gave us the key, and everything went as planned. The last day we left early so we ,ade arramges with Cezary for the keys and it was no problem.
I highly recommend this place!!
Cezary's place was just fine. Clean, comfortable and warm. Only it was quite noisy in the morning because of the construction site across the street. Subway L station Only 10 minutes distant. The neighbourhood is quiet but with many cool restaurant, cafè and bars .
Cezary was polite although I admit that we did not have many chances to talk. It was christmas week and he was out of town most of the time...
We stayed for one week in Cezary's cosy studio. There is everything you need, it's all clean and the shower is brilliant. We didn't met Cezary, but the contact with him is very easy. The appartement is very good located.
We had a fantastic week in NYC! We definitely come back and like to stay again in your appartement!
Thanky you very much, we felt us really like at home.
We stayed in the studio for a week in early December. It's a nice, VERY clean, pretty well appointed (coffee maker???) place. Well situated in ever-trendier Greenpoint, Brooklyn- lots of shopping, groceries, and good eats and drink all within easy walking distance. Oak & Iron and TBD on Franklin are both good spots for a beer. About six short blocks walk to the Greenpoint G train subway for a quick ride (with one transfer) into Manhattan's madness (if you're so inclined), or about 6 stops or so into the heart of Brooklyn (MUCH better choice!).
Studio is on the ground floor of a busy street but street noise is not bad at all. Two exceptions- first, there is a five or six story building under construction directly across the street (about 10-15% complete as of this writing) so you will get construction noise from about 7:00 a.m.-on during the week. It didn't bother us that much, but if you are planning to sleep in late be aware. Second- the neighbors upstairs (kids?) are a bit rambunctious after breakfast and you will likely hear them running around if you are still in the apartment mid-mornings. Again- you're in a city environment so don't expect a completely quiet scene.
The studio is very accurately portrayed in the photos- no unpleasant surprises there! Bathroom and shower are very nice. The bed is good sized but VERY hard- not firm (which I like)- hard. So be aware of that in advance.
We did not meet Cezary in person during our visit but he was in very timely contact prior to our arrival and also was good enough to check in on us via e-mail during our stay to make sure everything was OK. The entire rental experience with him was great- a VERY GOOD host!

Great place to stay, easy to get around, good coffee shops nearby. Apartment well equipped, well designed, and that shower.......perfect! Cezary helpful and friendly.
It is very easy working with Cezary. The delivery of the key was made very convenient. The apartment is very nice and in a unique part of Greenpoint. There is everything you need and more. You do hear people and vehicles from the street, but that is NYC. Enjoy your stay!
We stayed in cezary's app. For more than a week and he was really helpfull with everyting. The apt. Has everything you need and it is very close to subway stations. Located in an area where there are nice restaurants and coffee shops.
The apartment was beautiful and and well appointed. The shower was a dream, we wish we could have taken it home with us. Cezary was an excellent host, very communicative and easy to get a hold of.
The apartment is right on the ground floor which is nice because there are no stairs but it can be a little noisy with traffic (although there are double pane windows so that helps).
- Shower... amazing
- Location is great lots, of bars/restaurants/coffee shops around
- Everything is very new in the apartment
- Great AC unit
- Ground floor, no stairs
- Can be a little noisy since it is on the ground floor
- Bright during the day so if you are out all night and want to sleep during the day it may be a little challenging.
