  • My boyfriend and I both really enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect for's very easy to get into the city, and Greenpoint itself is so great you don't even need to leave the neighborhood. If you're used to quiet suburban places, this might feel too noisy for you, since they're doing some construction across the street during the day, but we didn't mind it. Cezary was very helpful and his design sense is pretty fabulous. I would definitely stay here again.

  • Lovely stay at the nice, clean apartment. It's 8 mins walk from greenpoint avenue station where u can nip across to Manhattan. Up the road are nice restaurants and coffee shops. Don't be alarmed when u arrive and can't find it there is no door number but just give Cezary a ring, he was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay.

  • Cezary was a really great guy, with a beautiful apartment! We really enjoyed staying there. The neighbourhood is safe and we went to some great places nearby for breakfast and dinner. It was no problem that we arrived later at night. I could really recommend his place!

  • Cezary was a fantastic host - he was flexible with our arrival and departure time and the place was immaculate upon arrival. It's a gorgeous apartment situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with great transport links. Genuinely couldn't have asked for anything more, we loved it.

  • Great space, well appointed and quiet despite being on the ground floor on a busy street. When we stayed the temperature went down to -12 C and the place stayed warm with a bit of help from the electric heater provided. The neighbourhood is lovely, there are enough quality coffee shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk without being overwhelming. Honourable mention goes to Ashbox, a great Japanese run coffee shop on the next block.

A word of waring for first time visitors - if you are not familiar with the neighbourhood (gentrifying light industrial zone) or are very private or nervous about street life, you may find the fact that you are only separated from the sidewalk by a simple door a bit unnerving. I would note that we did not have any problems whatsoever.

  • Cezary was incredibly flexible and gracious after our original accommodations fell through at the last minute - which, honestly, we're kind of glad they did because his apartment was wonderful. You can't beat the location. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to all the shops and restaurants along Franklin and we were able to walk to Williamsburg in less than 20. Close enough to get to the best parts of Brooklyn easily and far enough away to enjoy some quiet when you're ready to get some sleep. The apartment itself is modern and clean. He's done a great job optimizing the small space and it truly has everything you need for a short visit. We hope to stay with Cezary again when we're back in New York!

  • Cezary's a very friendly host! He waited for us at the apartment spite of our flight being delayed.
The apartment was clean, cosy and perfect for a couple. The bathroom's clean and the shower's awesome :) only con was the internet connection because it kept dropping. Would definitely recommend staying here!

  • It's my first airbnb experience and i must say, it was a really good one.
Cezary's place was comfy. It was very accessible (Greenpoint Station is at a few blocks away). and clean.
We saw Cezary only once, it was the day he gave us the key, and everything went as planned. The last day we left early so we ,ade arramges with Cezary for the keys and it was no problem.
    I highly recommend this place!!

  • Cezary's place was just fine. Clean, comfortable and warm. Only it was quite noisy in the morning because of the construction site across the street. Subway L station Only 10 minutes distant. The neighbourhood is quiet but with many cool restaurant, cafè and bars .
Cezary was polite although I admit that we did not have many chances to talk. It was christmas week and he was out of town most of the time...
