My property is available for professional photo shoots in addition to the other separate listings here on (website hidden) The house has a specacular view out over the Hollywood Hills all the way to Beverly Hills and beyond. On a clear day the islands off the coast are clearly visible.

There is easy street parking right in front of the house.
I expect the property to be respected in all ways as if it was your own property. I am selective about what is permitted and not, and I only allow it to be used when I am on site, so that I can make sure the rules are adhered to. I limit the number of people involved on a case by case basis.
There is no smoking in the house. If interested, the booking would need to be done on the airbnb system for a day that is a a couple of days prior to the actual day that you are interested in in order for the payment to be processed prior to your event.

In addition to my professional career, I am a musician. I have a grand piano in my house, and I have recorded two full length CDs.
I have been an avid runner for much of my adult life and I have completed 51 full marathons all over the U.S. and also in Canada, Italy, Greece and Spain.
I have climbed many major mountains around the world, and have been attempting to tag all of the 'Seven Summits' (the highest peak on each of the world's seven continents) I have tagged six of the seven peaks, and reached about 24,000 feet on Mt. Everest. So if I can go back to Everest before I get too old and tag the summit, I will have joined a very exclusive club!
I am single and live in this big house by myself, except for a tenant that lives in my attached studio apartment. I look forward to meeting people from around the world and having them enjoy the comforts of home when they travel.
