I usually rent to couples and have priced the apartment that way. If you're solo the rent would be $80 and $525 per week
This is a one bedroom in a prewar building, with an elevator. Everything, including kitchen has been recently remodeled. It's one of the cleanest apartment buildings in NYC!!
Close to E,F express trains, 15 min to the heart of Manhattan. % blocks to the Roosevelt stop. 7 M, & R also stop there. 24 hour convenience stores, grocery and coffee shops around the corner.
My street is very quiet, and around the corner, lots of Asian, Hispanic and traditional cafes.
Some of the best and cheapest shopping in NYC.
The Guest or guests have access to the whole apartment. Laundry in the basement or next door.
I stop by once or twice a week. I'm available if needed and usually call once or twice a week to make sure everything is ok.
My neighborhood has some great restaurants close by - Italian, Thai, Indian and Latino. There are some local places to listen to great music. Espresso 77 and LaTerazza 7.
The E, and F trains are express into the city so Manhattan is just minutes away. Take the E train to Ballys on 50th for a workout and a swim. R, M and 7 also just blocks away.
There is the Louis Armstrong museum in Queens, Mets baseball and lots of fun things to do.
