Two cars can park comfortably in the private driveway right outside our garage door. The garage is tight, but if your car is small, you could use it if you need room for an additional car. Please DO NOT use any other parking on the premises.
Need more space? Public parking is available for a daily fee at the Grace Hall parking lot off Prince Street.
The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.
Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30

Our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way!
We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood.
We realize that we have a large home with amazing views and outdoor spaces. You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please use your judgment.
Our home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting.
Do not bring the party back here.

We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests.
We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it.
Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of four (4) guests - 2 guests per bedroom x 2 bedrooms = 4 occupants max.
If unauthorized sleeping arrangements are discovered or occupancy exceeds four (4) guests, an additional charge equal to 25% of the total rental amount or $2,500 (whichever is greater) will apply.

Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.
