Great check-in experience100% of recent guests gave this home’s check-in process a 5-star rating.

My cool and comfortable 3 bedroom house is a place to relax, and it accommodates 5 guests.

The neighborhood is quiet. A short distance to Stadium Armory and Metro station, Lincoln Park, the Eastern Market, 8th Street,

Theresa was great to work with--she responded quickly and made check-in and out very easy. The location was convenient for us, as we were in town for meetings on Capitol Hill. It was a $7 Lyft to the Hill, or just a couple of stops on the Metro. The neighborhood was, well neig…

Everything about staying here was easy and straightforward. It was very easy to find, had a great location, and we enjoyed reading the travel tips in the binder. It was very well-stocked and clean. We had a plumbing issue and Theresa replied very promptly. One thing to note is th…

Great location and easy access to public transportation. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms at a fair price.

This was a wonderful experience. Theresa was always just a text away if ever we needed her, and was not just a caring host, but a lovely human being. Her home is extremely comfortable, with three well sized bedrooms, and two bathrooms - which for us meant that my roomie and I eac…

If you are a tourist coming DC just for a few days, this is a fine place to stay. It’s near Lincoln Park and a pretzel bakery (Order the Pretzel Bomb). There’s a 7-Eleven around the corner. The listing says it fits 5-6 people but it’s very tiny so don’t have more than 3, maybe 4,…

The Red Door Town home is a great stay for the price. 3 Bedrooms sleep 5, and a Sofa Bed sleeps another 2, for a total of 7! If it's just 1 or 2 that will work as well. There have been several times when 4 or more people stayed, and they had a blast (their words). When you come to The Nation's Capital, you should not be a home body, with all the sights, attractions, historical monuments, and rich culture available to you. My advice is don't waste it watching TV! Near this quaint home are many fun shops, small restaurants, and interesting attractions, all within a mile of, or a Short Uber/Lyft ride of, this home. The Safeway Supermarket complete with an Olive Bar & Starbucks is just 7 blocks away; a mini Craft Beer store is one street over, as well as loads of parks and sooooo much more, including the renowned Atlas District which is over 10 blocks of Boutiques, Restaurants, Bars, Taverns, and Shopping. As for no water filter, a case of Bottled Water is provided in the refrigerator so there is no need for filtered water. Having stayed in many Hotels over the past 35 years of traveling, I've yet to experience a water filtered room or Suite. To each his own though, so I certainly don't begrudge your preferences. I try to price the home competitively, but I don't feel that there is any value in being the cheapest in town. It really comes down to what I feel the experience is worth. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and I appreciate your thoughts and opinions. It was great having you and your beautiful family, and since you live so close, maybe we will see each other at the store. Take care Austin.

Didn't get to meet the host. But she was very responsive to text. She was very prompt in finding out how things were going and if we needed anything. The house was well secured and the locality is safe.

Theresa was a great host. The house was very clean and there was a bowl of fruit waiting for us. Everything is well organized and easy to find. Location is excellent, as you are close to a Metro stop if you don't like to walk. We are a family of walkers, so we had no trouble walk…

I am basically a quiet person. I am a christian and goes to church on Sundays. I enjoy outings such as dinner theaters, dancing, playing the drums, traveling to different countries and, playing different board games.
