Sea Haven was created to provide a beautiful space for families and friends to connect, enjoy the beach, and make memories together. Olivia Beach is a family-friendly community that promotes opportunities to engage with neighbors and enjoy common space.

The space
From this cozy cottage, you are a short walk from the beach, and just steps away from the community pool (seasonally available).

Enjoy a picnic outside with amazing views, a full kitchen, and the pleasant breezes from the nearby Pacific.

New furnishings throughout and thoughtful touches (such as cordless charging for devices, wi-fi and more) enable the level of connectedness you desire at hand.

Guest access
Due to city regulations, the loft is unavailable for guest sleeping.

The rest of the place is available to you, and the included security fob allows access to the seasonal (Memorial Day - Labor Day) community pool and a small exercise area in the adjacent community center.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: The loft cannot be offered as a sleeping space for guests due to local regulations.
