Beautiful haven, hidden in a row shops the exterior looks like an old shop. Charming! It can be slightly noisy at night time since we are close by to Jonker. Sharen provided a list of restaurants and recommend places to go We absolutely loved it!

Thank you Sharen for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great, just beside jonker walk, and the carpark was very accessible too. Decor was beautiful and best of all there was cable television, DVDs and clean drinking water provided. It can be a little noisy at night given the pub was just opposite, but it didnt really bother us much and we were grooving to the music haha.

The Stable is a perfect location. Nestled down a quiet lane, not to far from Jonker St and other local attractions. Sharen, our host truly thought of everything, the weather was a little sad so she had set out umbrellas, she checked in every so often to ensure we were okay and had set out a booklet of places to eat and visit. The Stable is cozy, clean and well maintained. We will most definitely be back to visit.

Sharen was wonderful to deal with. Other than a mosquito issue, the stable was perfect for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Malacca. Although loud music and motorbikes could be heard outside the window, the stable is calm and relaxing enough an environment that you start to ignore the sounds and it all becomes white noise. Very convenient and right in the heart of the action. Loved the attention to detail- there are even earplugs if the noise is too much. We were never in want of anything- insect spray was available too. Would recommend anyone to stay here in Malacca if they're looking for accommodation in the heart of the action.

Hi everyone,
Originally from Borneo. I have settled in the old town of Malacca (Melaka) for the past 18 years.
The old quarter of Malacca is small but lots to be discovered and I have 600 years of gossips to share with you.

Looking forward to host you soon.
