Welcome to our 5 BR, 4 full bath vacation home tucked away on Skytop Mountain! Our property offers hiking trails, fishing on Bald Eagle Creek and golfing just seconds away. After taking in a PSU event come back and relax next to the fire or simply take in the amazing views! Our spacious 2700 sq ft all log home is meant for fun and enjoying the outdoors! Cook out under the fully powered pavilion overlooking the pond or we are a short 7 minute drive to Otto's, Wegmans and many more restaurants!

The space
*We are taking extra steps to ensure a safe and clean home for your stay. We have purchased our own disinfectant fogger machine to thoroughly clean after each guest stay, this routine has been added to our already thorough cleaning process that has earned us a 5 star rating in cleanliness from our guests! We are committed to providing you a beautiful, relaxing and CLEAN home that gives you peace of mind during your stay!*

Our log home and surrounding property is our little oasis in the woods. It's just a short drive from our permanent residence in State College and all the things we love like downtown, Beaver Stadium and the Bryce Jordan Center, yet it's peaceful and private enough to feel like you're at a secluded mountain retreat as soon as you pull in the lane.

The home is warm and inviting as you enter the main floor which includes: 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large dining space, open concept living room and kitchen with large granite island and a cozy fireplace to sit around and relax.

The lower level opens up to a second living room and another full kitchen, also with granite countertops and an island. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on this floor and a bonus area in the living room that includes a pool table.

The house is located off of a private lane.

Our guests have access to a majority of the grounds and that includes:
- pavilion
-fountain pond
-hiking trails
-Bald Eagle creek
-main deck
-lower level patio

The two garages on the property are unfortunately not available to guests.

Neighborhood highlights

We are not located in a neighborhood. Your stay with us will be on 44 acres nestled in the mountains, all of which is privately owned and operated by our family.

There is another guest house on the property that may or may not be occupied during your stay. Our only other neighbor is a wildlife rescue center located on the lane to the left of our entrance.

Hi! I'm Lyndsey and glad to be your host! I grew up in the State College area, I'm a Penn State alumni and love all things PSU. I'm a HUGE football fan and love attending PSU wrestling matches as often as I can. My family and I love to travel, our most memorable getaway was a motorcycle trip to Sturgis, SD. I absolutely can't live with out chocolate, peanut butter (preferably together) and good music. Give me a beautiful back country road and I'm one happy girl! I hope you enjoy your stay here in beautiful Happy Valley and most importantly...... WE ARE!
