🛏️ Bedrooms & Layout:
The primary king suite (3rd floor) features a 55" TV, luxe king bed, walk-in shower, single tub, vanity, private toilet closet, and a spacious walk-in closet with hangers and bag racks.
Also on the 3rd floor are two queen bedrooms with 43" TVs, each with dedicated workspaces, walk-in closets, and private vanities, sharing only a Jack-and-Jill style water closet (toilet) and tub/shower.
The 4th bedroom (1st floor) is another queen primary suite with a private walk-in shower, toilet, sink, walk-in closet, and a 43" TV — perfect for guests needing ground-floor access.
All bedrooms include TVs for added comfort and relaxation.

Full-sized washer and dryer located on-site for your convenience.
🍽️ Kitchen & Living:
Located on the 2nd floor, the full kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig with frother, toaster, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and utensils. The kitchen island seats 4, and the dining table also seats 4, perfect for shared meals.
🛋️ Living Room:
Enjoy movie nights or game day on the 75" TV, surrounded by a cozy sofa, loveseat, armchair, and ottoman.
🎯 Game Room:
Also on the 2nd floor is a fun-filled game room featuring Pac-Man, an electric dart board, air hockey, foosball, and a collection of board games for all ages.
🚽 Bathrooms:
A convenient half bath is located on the main (2nd) floor for guest use.

Relax outside on the second-floor patio or the front porch, both with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze.

A broom and dustpan are available for light clean-up during your stay.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of two locked storage closets — one on the first floor and one on the second floor.
The garage may be used as an exit, but please do not park inside. The driveway is shared, and blocking other vehicles may result in towing. In addition, the garage has a very tight fit, and to prevent any accidental damage, we kindly ask that you refrain from parking there.
Street parking is available directly in front of the home, with easy access to the front door, which is equipped with a secure keypad entry for smooth check-in and check-out.
Other things to note
We’re so happy to host you and hope you enjoy this space as much as we do. To maintain the comfort and quality of the home for all guests, please review and respect the following rules:
🚫 Strictly Prohibited (Violation will result in immediate termination of your stay):
No parties, events, or large gatherings
No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere on the property
No unregistered overnight guests
Do not tamper with security cameras or access-restricted areas
Respect quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM) out of courtesy for neighbors
📏 General Expectations:
Do not rearrange furniture, it is thoughtfully placed and carefully curated
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms to help preserve linens and furniture
Keep the home reasonably tidy, no deep cleaning required, but please pick up after yourself
Kindly remove shoes at the door to protect the floors and keep Georgia’s signature red clay out of the house. There’s a designated spot for shoes by the coat rack in the entryway.

🛏️ No need to strip the beds, we’ve got it covered!
🧺 Towels & Washcloths – Place all used items in the washing machine with detergent and start the cycle.
🥗 Fridge – Please remove any perishable food items.
🗑️ Trash – Take out all trash and place it in the bin next to the garage.
🚮 Sunday Departures – Kindly roll the bins to the curb for Monday morning pickup.
🍽️ Dishes – Load and run the dishwasher.
🔐 Security – Ensure all doors are locked.
💼 Personal Belongings – Double-check that you’ve packed everything.
💡 Lights – Turn off all lights before leaving.
🧹 Tidiness – No deep clean needed, just leave the space reasonably tidy.
