" La Casa Azul" is a charming apartment very well located inside a Morish house.
It was restored on XVII century, and you will be able to appreciate how buildings were in that period.
The house is located in Paseo de los Tristes in Granada. This is one of the most beautiful streets in the world. In addition, it is close to the river Darro, and you will enjoy of the stunning view of the Alhambra only a few steps walking form the house. In this street you will find lots of nice shops, tea places, and bars. You will enjoy of a very nice time.
The house has a small balcony that provides a remarkable view of the Alhambra. The rooms are very comfortable and all of the apartment has a lot of light.
There is free WIFI
Walk from the cathedral (in Gran via de Colon)) takes about 5 minutes
By bus: the minibus number 31 and 35 have stops just a few meters far from the house, from the Cathedral in three stops , and from Plaza Nueva in two stops
By car: It is complicated to get to the house by car, this area is open to traffic for buses and taxis only
From RENFE: autobusues (phone number hidden) stand in front of the Cathedral, from here you can get just a short walk or take the microbus 31 or 35, which stop just a few metres far from the house

We had a wonderful stay in Victoria's apartment. The apartment is ideally located, in the heart of the historic neighborhood. It was the first time I used airbnb and I am absolutely conquered by the idea. Thank you Victoria for welcoming us so well !
Laura, Eduardo y flia.
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The apartment is lovely with a great view! Its very well located, just in the historic center of Granada and from there you can get anywhere easily. Victoria was very kind and helping out with everything. Thank you so much! We had a great time!
Un apartamento original y muy acogedor hubicado en el barrio más bonito de Granada.
Victoria ha estado localizable y accesible en todo momento, y nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado.
Nos ha encantado! volveremos, sin duda.
This is a spectacular location for checking out the Alhambra. It's a decent hike up, but doable. The apartment itself is quiet and nice, and the bed is quite comfortable (though the pillow is a little flat). It is, however, VERY cold (it IS Jan). Also, the hot water heater is good for about 1.5 people to shower. The shower itself is actually pretty bad. The fixture is broken, and so you have to either hold it up or have it shoot at your chest or shower curtain the entire time. Also, there is no soap or shampoo - so be sure to bring your own. I made the mistake of not bringing any, and thankfully Victoria was nice enough to provide us some. It's not close to get those sorts of things, so be sure to stop and get some BEFORE heading to the apartment. There is a great little market across the street where you can get some little things, but they may or may not be in stock. The WiFi in the apartment works perfectly as well.
Thank you very much for warning the shower problem, we will fix it immediately. Over the duration of the hot water is true that it is just for 2 people, if you need to shower after waiting 30 minutes we must note that it is a very old house that he became a rehabilitation and small machines were used to minimize the impact. About no soap or visible shampoo in the bathroom (although if that is set if any guest needs, as you well know, since I used) we will not put it, because soap and shampoo are intimate things and hygienic, is not pleasant to find these and used by others, and we can not give one for each guest.
Yes, very cold in Granada now and the house is very old and suffers. My recommendation, if you want to shower an hour, walking without clothes in the house in winter and have soap in the bathroom, go to a hotel and pay 150 euros.
Have a nice day,
Una casa muy bonita y acogedora, tiene de todo en la cocina, y para pasar una estancia corta es muy agradable. La dueña se preocupa por sus huéspedes, estando en todo momento pendiente si hay algún problema.
Victoria's cozy flat was an absolutely perfect place from which to explore Granada. The flat was clean and comfortable and right in the heart of the old town. Victoria was extremely helpful and patient even when our plans kept changing. We definitely recommend it!
Victoria's charming unit is spacious and made a comfortable stay for two in Granada. Good location to get to Sacromonte or Albaicin, or Alhambra by foot. The building is tucked away in a small alley so the unit was nice and quiet. The washer was broken at the time of my visit, but she had references to a laundry service nearby. There is a small space heater in the bedroom space for winter nights which may not be enough to heat the entire unit but works fine for keeping the bedroom warm. I didn't personally get to meet Victoria, but all communication was smooth despite the language barrier. Thanks, Victoria!
