About this listing
9 room Boutique hotel all with private ensuite bathrooms, Wifi and cable tv. We offer our guests the best prices of any downtown hotel while giving personalized service that larger chains can't match.
We are annually inspected by the Province.
We are less than a block to the nearest bus stop. Why we consider us unique is that our heritage building offers all the modern conveniences with out losing its heritage charm. The rooms are comfortable and all have private bathroom ensuites. We offer guests the very best service and conversation as we are a small boutique hotel we can spend more time with guests one on one.
Guests can relax in our living room and enjoy a coffee or tea.
Interaction with Guests
We are here to chat with guests from morning to night everyday.
We are in the center of downtown so whats not to love about our location we are steps away from restaurants, pubs, theatre, attractions and waterfront.
Bus stop a moments walk also a taxi stand around the corner.
No smoking and guests are to be quiet and respectful of others on property.
Nice little inn right in downtown. Quiet, clean room and a very nice man working at the front (Evan, maybe? He was great!). He also gave good food and music recommendations.
This hotel is in a great part of Charlottetown, walking distance to all the sites and there are several great restaurants within 2-3 blocks. There is street parking (with a meter for weekdays). The room was clean and well furnished. We were given a room that was on the first floor, next to the stairs and entryway. While convenient, it was quite loud as other guests entered, exited, walked up and down the stairs, checked in/out, etc.
The place is very convenient. Nice and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful, let us used the freezer. The only thing that was disappointing is we got the room that's not the same on the pictures that we saw. Small with stand up shower. I'm glad we just stayed there for one night. But everything went well. We didn't have any problems on our arrival and leaving the place.
We were met by a very nice employee who showed us to our room and explained that the hotel was staffed from 0730 am to 1030 pm. Coffee and tea was available during those times. The young man suggested some restaurants where we could get breakfast and we chose Leonhardt's which was terrific.
The neighbourhood appeared to be in transition and several houses near the hotel we would term as "seedy". On a positive note, we could walk to a lot of downtown attractions and restaurants.
While this hotel is called a "boutique" hotel, it is in need of refurbishment. The room was clean and quiet but very small and the room's furnishings were shabby. I do hope that the building is restored but completely understand the expense that involves.
The location is great, central to lots of shopping and eating possibilities, as well as the waterfront. The hostess gave us a complete orientation. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean.
Great location. Quaint hotel within walking distance of downtown. Quiet. I enjoyed my stay immensely.
We had everything we needed while staying here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location, close to restaurants and the water. Unique decor too!
