  • It was a good apartment clean and comfortable, in the beginning there were some misunderstandings, but that was resolved. Ivy was a great hostess and we stayed with pleasure. The location is near a metro. Joyce and Albert

  • My girlfriend and I stayed at Ivy's place for 3 nights and we had such a good time! Ivy is perhaps the perfect hostess, always smiling, very considerate and so helpful! She helped my girlfriend to find Banksy's street artwork in Brooklyn and lended us a map and Lonely Planet guide! The apartment is very very well located, 15 minutes away from the southern tip of Manhattan, in the safe and clean Brooklyn Heights neighborhood. The flat is also very clean, especially the bathroom, and the room you will be staying is large and have a comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying at Ivy's place, I will actually be happy to go back there, should I come back to New York in the months to come!

  • We had great times staying with Ivy and her puppy Zsu Zsu. Ivy is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room we stayed in was so spacious and very warm - good for those cold days in New York. Ivy's place is very well-located, near the subway stop and lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is also safe.

  • Ivy was wonderful to stay with! I was in NY for an interview and her apartment was perfect for the two nights I was there. The location is great, very close to several subway stops and around the corner from Franklin Ave. and some great restaurants/bars. She also has an adorable dog, Zsu Zsu, who is full of puppy love for all. I would recommend this place for anyone.

  • I loved staying with Ivy. She is a kind a lovely person. Her apartment is clean, bright, well lit and located near nice restaurants, hairdressers, laundromats, etc Her room is very large and comfortable.

More importantly, Ivy made me feel at home, shared coffee with me in the mornings, and left me the best cake I've had in a long time on the day I left.... Thanks Ivy!

  • Ivy is a great host, I had a terrific time staying with her ! Welcoming, reliable, easy-going, friendly, she is all you wish for a host. The room is clean, well furnished, and the private access to the balcony is appreciated, as well as the towel !
The neighborhood is calm, sage, and easy to access with the subway. Great diner not far ! Just next to the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park : a really convenient place to stay.

  • Staying in Ivy's apartment is great! Great (and safe!) neighbourhood, close to everything you need. And Ivy is the most friendly and helpful host I met so far.

The rent is a bit on the expensive side, but if you want to have no hassle and be sure your in a great place, it's worth it!

  • Ivy is an exceptionally wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She was incredibly sweet and welcoming for the duration of the time we share space with her. She lives in a lovely neighborhood in Brooklyn that was fun to explore (and Bombay Masala around the corner on Franklin has delicious Chicken Tikka Masala!). Thanks Ivy! :-D
