The space
Beautiful waterfront property with towering cypress and magnolia trees. Grand 12 foot ceilings in great room with reclaimed cypress beams and shiplap. Oversized ceiling fan. Wood burning, natural stone fireplace. Large screen TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime Video provided. Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, under-counter refrigerator, ice maker and dishwasher. Beautiful granite countertops through kitchen and bath. Coffee maker, coffee and condiments supplied. Large tiled bathroom with tub and shower and separate toilet area. Adjacent outdoor private shower with hot and cold water. Heated bathroom floor. Bedroom has cathedral ceilings with antique cypress king sized bed and French Door access to porch. Beautiful swimming pool, swim at your own risk, available May through September. Salt Water Pool for use by overnight guests only - NO PARTIES!

Other things to note
In the heart of Delta Blues territory. Only 30 minute drive to the B B King museum in Indianola, the Grammy Museum in Cleveland and one hour drive to the famous “Ground Zero” in Clarksdale. Only 20 minute drive to Historic Greenwood, home to many outstanding restaurants and bars and site of the filming of the Academy Award winning movie “The Help” and ABC miniseries “Women of the Movement “. 20 minute drive to Grocery Store, Shopping and Drug Store.
