I live on the first floor of the building with my husband , my two children(17 & 8). I work mostly from home so I am available for the most part, except when I am due in court. Jut give me a call if you need anything, as I may not always hear the knock at the door.
Under a full gentrification the neighborhood has recently seen the rise of buildings and the implantation of supermarkets, bars, coffee shops and restaurants even a sports complex. Laundries are in a two blocks radius, in certain instances you may grab a coffee at the Dunkin donuts across the street, while your clothe are washed dried and folded.
The room is located 2 blocks from the G train ( the Green line). This line is directly connected to the L (Grey line) will help you to reach Manhattan in 20mn, or the A train(the blue line). That is the line you will take to come to this room. You will stop at Hoyt Schermerhorn and hop into the G until Bedford Nostrand. When you come out, you may call me, I will gladly come fetch you, or for $8, you may take a cab(because of the luggage) to reach the final destination. In any case, I will be there to welcome you.

Christine was so nice and helped me with any problem I had. The room was I expected, and the kitchen and the bathroom were shared with three more people. Keeping it clean and with all the basic needs depends on you, and fortunately, my flatmates were very respectful. The subway is quite near and you can transfer easily to line A to get to Manhattan.

Christine is a great host and was always available to help when we needed! Her house is located really near to the subway station and the supermarket, in a quite peaceful area, so it's super convenient either if you're staying for one week or a couple of months. Sharing the apartment was a great experience too and we had the chance to meet really nice people. Recommended!
Christine is a wonderful host and everything was perfect. She cared about our stay, answer all our questions and finally at the end, called a local taxi which was great. The room is conveniently located, and only 5 minutes from subway. Everything as listed, you get shared bathroom, common room with cable Tv, kitchen, and fast internet. We enjoyed our stay!
