Thank you for the comments and some are well received. However in reviewing our thread of emails during your stay, your last email said that your "dad had to plug some cords" back into the electrical outlets-then the wifi worked. Given that your parents were in the condo at least a week before reporting the wifi issue, we can only surmise that one of your guests unplugged the cords, hence, slow or no wifi.
Given your comments, we are a bit surprised because the morning after your departure, our cleaning staff and myself found cooked food left all over the kitchen, in pots, on the stove, tables, etc. Balloons and trash everywhere, furniture left on the lanai and the condo smelled so bad, we still have the sliding door left open to air it out. Also, losing a security device requires having to get another coded and decode the old one which involves coordinating with security and office staff. We appreciate your honesty in letting us know, tho.
We acknowledge that there is noise, but this is Waikiki and a lot of tourists of all ages visit, enjoy and celebrate their vacation.
